Grand Canyon

On our way home from Vegas, we decided to stop in the Grand Canyon and take in some gorgeous views. We stayed in a Holiday Inn express off of 64, which was just ok. It was hard to get any sleep with the family across the hall slamming doors starting at 6:30am. But we took it in stride and went and saw the IMAX movie about the Canyon, then off to wander around. We tested our limits by going as close to the edge as we possibly could. There was even one spot that Shane wouldn't let me go any further. I made him nervous.

Just outside the Grand Canyon there is a deer farm where you can feed the deer and see all kinds of animals. It was very cool, obviously you can see that Shane has a way with the animals.
