Lake Tahoe

Finally in June we got to take a vacation this year just the two of us. We took a week to visit the timeshare property we bought while we were in Hawaii last year. We were a little concerned buying a property sight unseen, but after seeing the property, we were very pleased. I loved the property and it's proximity to the Heavenly Gondola is fantastic. Now, we just need to visit again during the winter and actually go skiing! Thankfully we left before the wildfires got too bad as they started the day we left. Maybe it was a good thing we left on an earlier flight.
We did a lot of hiking (in my opinion, in Shane's we didn't do enough), went horseback riding, and had some great meals. We also made our donations to the casinos which as luck would have it, were 5 mins walking distance from the resort.
Believe it or not, we did actually see snow at the top of the Heavenly mountain, so for those of you who didn't think there was snow in Tahoe in June, you are wrong!!!
