Puerto Vallarta

We had decided that since all of our vacations this year had been so active that we were going to take a nice relaxing vacation for a change. I found a great deal on an all inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta that I have to say was just amazing. Dreams Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic. I have to say I am loving the all inclusive concept. The beach was gorgeous and private. The only vendors that came on the beach were approved by the hotel, and a simple "No, gracias" sent them on their way. As you can see from the photos, the location was absolutely stunning. We were even able to release baby sea turtles, and see a momma sea turtle lay her eggs right on the beach. The food and drinks were really good, and the people very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of every day life! And the only active thing we tried away from the resort was our first scuba dives in the open ocean. What an amazing experience, if it wasn't for my anxiety before hand, I know I would have loved it even more. Because of my issues, I only made the first dive, but Shane made both and said it was a shame I didn't make the second one because it was better than the first. Puffer fish everywhere! The scuba team that we went with were great and they even held my hand to try to ease my anxiety. Hopefully the next one won't be nearly as bad, anxiety wise I mean!
All of the pictures below came from the grounds of the hotel we stayed at. We really only left the grounds for our scuba diving trip, otherwise we just hung out on the beach!
